Data controller
Aki Balance Review (“we”), with office at 710 Kacey Radial, 西岡町, 新潟県, Japan, is the controller of personal data collected through neurologicai.digital. Contact: hello@neurologicai.digital, +81-2-226-0326.
Data we collect
Through contact and newsletter forms we may collect your name, email address, engagement preference, fiscal year-end month, and the message content you provide. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostics.
Purposes
We use this information to respond to scoping enquiries, prepare engagement proposals, send quarterly field notes if you subscribe, and maintain the security of the site. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases
Processing is based on steps requested prior to entering a contract (responding to your enquiry), our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice website, and consent where you subscribe to the newsletter or accept optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless a signed engagement requires longer retention of client records under professional standards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days.
Your rights
Subject to Japanese law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw newsletter consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@neurologicai.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority for personal information protection in Japan.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in Japan. If a service provider processes data outside Japan (for example, email delivery infrastructure), we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect the data, including contractual safeguards where required.
Cookies
See our cookies policy for details on essential and optional cookies and how to manage them.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new date. Significant changes affecting enquiry data will be highlighted on this page.
